Material & Production Technology Research
The Research & Development (R&D) department is a strategic pillar for creating new, ergonomic, and technically advanced products that meet the real needs of modern professional and residential spaces.
The R&D team studies, tests, and evaluates new materials with high mechanical and aesthetic properties, environmentally friendly, and suitable for long-term use. At the same time, modern production technologies are researched and adopted to enhance precision, reduce the environmental footprint, and expand design possibilities.
Stress simulations
Using specialized software, digital stress and load simulations are performed on critical components and mechanisms. This ensures the mechanical reliability and ergonomic performance of the product before production, reducing testing time and error margins.
Rapid prototyping using laser sintering technology
The rapid prototyping process allows the creation of 3D prototypes directly from digital CAD designs, using laser sintering technology. This way, each new design can take shape at full scale, allowing for application, ergonomics, and aesthetics checks before the production stage.
This capability effectively supports the Design & Development Department, drastically reducing decision-making times, identifying potential improvements, and final product approval. The result is increased accuracy, higher quality, and faster transition from concept to production.
