As part of our collaboration with MoVe Architects, we implemented a comprehensive concept for modern offices in Bucharest, where ergonomics, aesthetics, and long-lasting durability are combined with solutions that measurably enhance the users’ daily experience.
Design Approach

Open-plan workspace: Linear workstations with integrated cabling and ergonomic chairs designed for long-term use.

Acoustic design: Desk-mounted partitions, wall-mounted sound-absorbing panels, and ceilings with baffles to improve noise absorption and provide visual calm.

High-performance meeting rooms: Large conference tables with integrated power/network modules, presentation screens, and comfortable chairs in vivid colors to give each space a strong identity.

Collaboration & lounge areas: Relaxed lounge zones with comfortable seating, low tables, and “green islands” for informal meetings.

Biophilic elements: Built-in planters and storage units with greenery, improving space quality and visual warmth.
Implementation

Materials & finishes: MFC/MDF with HPL/CPL, powder-coated metal structures, surfaces resistant to daily use, and high-durability upholstery fabrics.

Ergonomics & safety: Workstations with proper support, a wide range of chair adjustments, and compliance with European standards.

Installation: A specialized DROMEAS team carried out installation, connections, and final adjustments within the agreed timeline.
Sustainability & Quality
Production took place at the fully integrated DROMEAS facilities in Serres, using certified materials and processes compliant with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001. The result: durable, easy-to-maintain furniture, backed by a 5-year warranty and guaranteed spare parts availability for at least 10 years.
